What's the pallet collar?
The Pallet collar is an ideal packing product, very convenient and economic and reusable, for transfer and store various types of bulky, compact or friable products. Hinged at each corner, pallet collars are highly durable and have height flexible construction that allows optimal storage in the warehouse after the use.

There are two types pallet collar we manufacture: Type R and Type P pallet collars

Standard size and customer size:
Currently, we supply following popular sizes pallet collars in market, and customer's size can be available:
1200mm x 800mm, 1200mm x 1000mm, 800mm x 600mm.

► For pallet collar connected by hinges, riveted into board (Type-R)

20mm - 40mm (waterproofing treated plywood also available for pallet collars used in humid condition)
- Thickness for galvanized hinge: 1.50mm

- Board thickness:
12mm - 14mm
- Length and width:
subjected to customers' requests
- Marking and printing:
printing or silk-screen customer's logo or required info.
- 4-hinged or 6-hinged pallet collar available

(Remark: for 6-hinged, the short side of the pallet should not be less than 400mm)

- Other options:

♦ Holes making available for hands to ease the collar installation
♦ Side opening on the front and / or back available to facilitate the handler's work.
